Our grand tour! Including Mayan Ruins, the Mayan temple and a cenote
Service Description
Join O2 Tulum's grand tour! Just 35 minutes from Tulum, we will explore one of the area’s most interesting and visitor friendly Mayan Ruins on foot and bicycles. Nestled in native jungle and skirting a freshwater lagoon, Coba is the nexus of the largest network of stone causeways of the ancient Mayan world and contains many engravings and sculptures documenting ceremonial life and important events of the Late Classic Period (AD 600–900) of Mesoamerican civilization. Accompanied by a local guide for the first part of this expedition, we will continue on bicycles to the last remaining Mayan temple in this complex before driving deeper into the jungle to explore a local fresh water cenote.
